Moon Mountain District is nestled high above Sonoma Valley, near the border with Napa Valley and the Mayacamas Mountains.  The altitude, solar radiation and relentless winds off the bay all contribute to producing the famous, small, thick skinned berries with amazing color and concentration of flavor.

From the first glance, you will see the richness and depth of color.  This will lead into an explosion of fruit flavors and subtle French Oak spices.  The blend includes a little Malbec , mainly for the wonderful textural effect it contributes to the wine.
