All wines sold are maintained at optimum conditions and we ask that you store your wines in an environment appropriate for wine.  Cool (below 70 degrees) and dark is always best.  If your storage is not as cool as it should be, then a constant temperature is the next best thing.  While we  cannot be responsible for improper storage after the wine has been delivered, you are our customer so we will always try and find a way to help you. Same if it gets damaged in shipment - let us know and we will figure something out.
